I went to Kwaihing on a food crawl getting food from stalls which looked potentially good.Unfortunately, four out of four were not good.This was the second one I tried because there were eight different suimai flavours:shiitake mushroom, beef, black fungus, Spicy black fungus, cordeceps flower, mountain yam, cheese and bacon and sweetcorn truffle.Decided to get $10 for 4 but after I paid found out the one I wanted wasn't available so I wasn't too impressed.However she did give me some other flav

Decided to get $10 for 4 but after I paid found out the one I wanted wasn't available so I wasn't too impressed.
However she did give me some other flavour which was starchy which explains why there are 4.5 siumai's on the stick!
The texture was weird and stodgy.
The only decent tasting one was the Spicy Sichuan one which somehow tasted like British pork sausages.
