After the event, met up with some friends and had pre Diwali dinner at Gaylord!
There were so much options and they even have a Jain Vegetarian Menu at the back.
Started with Masala papaddoms to nibble on.
For appetizers had the Hara Bhara Kebab which were tasty spinach and lentil cutlets.
My favourite had to be the Tandoori Gunpowder Potatoes which were soft and silky potatoes marinated in yoghurt.
Not sure if I am right but I seemed to taste some delicious bits of curd on top.
Each mouthful was delicious with finely shredded pieces of lamb.
The sweetness wasn't as sweet as I imagined so it was a good finish to dinner slowly nibbling at it with drinks.
Not many people order the Jaljeera but this is my favourite drink with cumin and they serve it strong.
