Went to Chilli Fagara for dinner last night to celebrate a friends birthday. Everything was amazing and the service was excellent. The caramelised beef was one of my favourite dishes and the mapo tofu is so silky and soft it’s a must try dish. The fish was crispy and fried perfectly. The chilli dumplings were just the right amount of spicy ness and not too oily. The eggplant were also surprisingly juicy on the inside despite being deep fried without sauces on top.
