𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶 🍣𝗨𝗻𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 😔𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶, a Japanese restaurant specialist in Omakase, has been opened for a long time in Tsim Sha Tsui.I would say this was 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙊𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 I have ever had in Hong Kong.. The best part of this meal was the 𝙎𝙚𝙧v𝙞𝙘𝙚 of the waiter, friendly and attentive.Unlike the pictures in their website, the 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 of this restaurant was 𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙤𝙡𝙙 and the 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 was 𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙡, with around 10 counter seats and 2-3 small dining tables. We ordered 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐎𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐬

We ordered 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐎𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐞 priced at 𝐇𝐤$𝟒𝟔𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 as below, with Openrice discount 10% off, waived the service charge.

For this part, I am going to share all of 𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐚v𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢 in relatively good quality!
🥇
𝗔𝗷𝗶 池魚🐟 in the first picture was the best for me🤩 The fish oil was so rich and it was luscious!💕
🥈🥉
𝗜𝗸𝗮 魷魚🦑 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗲𝗯𝗶 甜蝦🦐 are both good with similar freshness and qualities. 𝗜𝗸𝗮 was a bit more surprising than the 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗲𝗯𝗶, love the soft texture.
For the remaining pieces were quite nice and fresh. You may see I have mentioned “𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒉” for a few times... as some pieces in the next post will be in the opposite.... 🤫
You may found the 𝗨𝗻𝗶 海膽 in the first picture was really tempting🥲. But it tasted 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙚, unlike those I usually have in Omakase as well as those I purchased last week.
Second is the 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗮 赤身🐠. We both tasted a sour flavour (變酸了...) from the tuna🤨 It was definitely not the sauce but the tuna itself.. It obviously changed. But both of us had swallowed it🤣 as it was quite impolite if we spit it out.
The 𝗜𝗸𝘂𝗿𝗮 (Salmon Roes) 三文魚籽🐟 were alright but all in different shapes, some looks bigger, some looks smaller and some had ragged.
The 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 (Scallop) 帆立貝🐚 was thin and small and the rest was just alright.
I guess this was the first omakase 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙖 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙡 in the end 🥺This is my personal preference, sounds something was missed😕.
There was only 6 customers throughout the meal from 12:30 to 14:00 🕑. We were thinking the freshness was affected by this as some ingredients may have placed for some time and unexpectedly changed.
Hope they gonna improve in the short future but I may not visit again..🙁
(All of the above comments are my personal thoughts! Hanabi’s Marketing team has followed up with me the dining experience as they valued the comments from their customers which is appreciated👍🏻)
