To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為要同個同事farewell, 佢又話想食北京填鴨…..就諗住去試下呢間北京樓la…..好彩一早book左位….因為真係好full,…. 放左工去有d遲, 雖然book左但都要等一陣….( 無奈) 有位la….但就開始計時, 極速點菜, 因為北京填鴨準備需時….叫左個3食, 有個湯, 肉碎加生菜包, 當然唔少得主菜北京填鴨, 再加左個小籠包…..3個人夠食la卦….. 等上菜期間撞到另一個同事,佢話原本恆生卡有discount…..但我3地個都無, 反而同我地講有discount果位同事就有….(果然早有準備)…. 果日個場實在太full…..等上菜都等左幾耐下…..首先上左個湯,係幾足料ge, 食到鴨肉,金華火腿, 有d好似翅甘ge物體….XD個味唔錯,幾鮮, 唔會太鹹….. 個小籠包, 都唔錯新鮮出爐, d湯同肉都熱辣辣, 一咬d湯就爆灑出黎….要好小心食XD 再上埋個生菜包 (其實對呢個無咩興趣, 所以只係試左d肉碎)…. 因為要留肚食主菜……終於等到北京填鴨la…..正! d薄餅皮好熱, 熱到滾手!!! 反而鴨肉溫度就一般….我本身係好鍾意食醬果d人….所以碟醬好快清左, 當

終於等到北京填鴨la
…..正! d薄餅皮好熱, 熱到滾手!!! 反而鴨肉溫度就一般….我本身係好鍾意食醬果d人….所以碟醬好快清左, 當然係要refillll la….(d蔥都係..XD) 鴨肉d皮好脆….肉都好林,有平均ge脂肪, 要少少油先好食……..可以balance翻薄餅皮, 係蒸ge…比較乾身…..所以其實食左幾舊已經好飽, 所以到最後都係淨食d鴨肉…LOL
 

so far都清灑野食…..其實overtime左半粒鐘先催我地埋單…….都算超額完成..hahah 食物優質唔錯, 但侍應服務就一般,好似無咩主動性….要叫佢地先會埋黎serve我地
….. 
Other Info. : 食之前一定要book位……同埋北京填鴨準備需時, 如果firm左要食就order左先, 省翻d時間XD
