We have also ordered the wine pairing and the ladies love the first glass which paired with the appetiser — crab cake while the gentlemen liked the third ones paired with the surf and turf.
On top of the wine, I have also ordered a tailor-made fruity mocktail — made of yuzu and cranberry juice.
The crab cake was crispy and you can see threads of crab meat inside but not anything else— it was hot enough as well! Nice!
Lobster bisque— have plenty of lobster for you to munch on! One of the best lobster bisque I have in HK!
Love the surf and turf— the tenderloin was rich, meaty and succulent while the lobster was as nice as the tenderloin.
And we love this chocolate fondant with pistachio ice cream. Creamy and chocolaty!
This is one of the best romantic entanglements a good chocolate fondant is hot and intense with a meltingly soft centre!!

The waitresses were also very attentive and hospitable as well. Would definitely come back for this restaurant again!
