Favourite pho in HK!

The pho is really good. Soup base is not oily at all and taste is good. Beef is high quality but not too many slices. Service was acceptable, food came pretty quick as is expected for pho. Pricier than usual but still reasonable for the quality. My friend orders the steamed rolls, which was more mediocre. Would definitely come back for the pho!
