食過好幾次...品質做得不錯..湯底及配料相當配合...味道不錯...拉面texture good...very elastic...麵的顏色好...估計麵粉質數不俗...而且well mix...aging time for noodle ok so....texture elastic...食幾次品質都無change,...good....
