To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Price is expensive, food is so so, and the service is horrible at this place...The waiters will take any opportunity to have you finish your meal and turn tables. They would storm in and take your dishes (with self-brought baby cutleries still in the bowl) even if you haven’t finished your meal. This reminds me very much of a couple of Cha Cha Tengs with poor service... but I am paying a service charge at Pak Loh!It took me a few similar experiences before I took the time to write this, there ar

It took me a few similar experiences before I took the time to write this, there are a lot of better restaurants around and I don’t have to go back to this one.
