After the drinks at another store, we finally came to this store featuring fermented bean curd(Fuyu). The fries were already a great start. Initially, I thought the fuyu was in the dips but actually it was on the fried batter itself and each bite of the fries allowed you to enjoy the aroma of fuyu.The sauce of the carbonara was just the right amount without soaking the dish. The fries were already a great start. Initially, I thought the fuyu was in the dips but actually it was on the fried batter itself and each bite of the fries allowed you to enjoy the aroma of fuyu.

The sauce of the carbonara was just the right amount without soaking the dish. The amount of fuyu was just right to suit those who just want a hint of the flavor. For those who want a stronger flavor, they have additional fuyu on the table which you can add.

Lau Bei Chicken Thigh

They ran out of braised lamb so they recommend the Lau Bei meal. The chicken thigh was quite large and perfectly cooked. For $36, to have such a large chicken thigh with rice in central is definitely a bargain.

The fuyu chocolate sounds strange but was actually quite well balanced as only the aroma of fuyu was there and the sweetness of the drink was well controlled.

The surprise came from the last drink. I only tried this drink out of curiosity but the salted plum flavors were really prominent esp after the first sip. Even if you are not a fan of salted plum I would recommend this drink.
