After getting disappointed by many so called "Original Japanese Ramen", I thought there is no way for me to eat decent ramen in HK. Fortunately, this shop is the first one in HK that matches my desired taste.The price is $78 for a bowl of ramen, which is not expensive when comparing to other ramen shops in HK.
