Al Pasha offer authentic xinjiang/islam cuisine and it offers shisha too. The restaurant has 2 areas, indoor and outdoor and it is tidy and neat, nothing too fancy. It offers belly dance too, very entertaining. It offers one of the better shisha in down, but you have to sit outdoor. Perhaps, it is not a bad idea to order bottles of champagne, which are not very pricy if you are comparing with LKF/Soho. Chicken and Lamb shish
The shish were grilled on charcoal, dry on the outside and moist in the inside, yet very tender. It was nicely seasoned with cumin, chilli flakes and salt and pepper. Personally, would prefer the shish are a little bit ore burn. Definitely, wroth a revisit for a proper dinner at Al Pasha. I was generally very impressed with the standard of the shish.
