I have always eyed this restaurant’s promotion of its multi flavored xiaolongbaos but can’t believe it has taken me so long to finally give it a try!!!!The xiaolongbaos were very interesting, as they had an array of flavours and you honestly can’t find those flavours at any other Shanghainese restaurants in HK. Dandan noodles is a must order for me at any Shanghai restaurants. I was expecting more soup when the fish was first served, but the fact that there wasn’t an overwhelming amount of soup meant that the noodles itself would not have been overcooked, and the broth itself was actually pretty spicy 😅 I always love a good combo of peanuts with the noodles hehe.
The deep fried mangas is a guilty pleasure for sure. Nothing beats drenching it in condensed milk!!! To top our sweet tooth, we also got the tong yuens. So chewy with a perfectly overflowing filling!!
