樂天皇朝,古色古香的裝潢,一入座服務員便貼心地送上以蠟燭溫著的普洱茶,茶香濃不澀而暖胃。另外還有一碟栗子及花生小吃,栗子和花生軟腍入味,十分開胃。芝麻醬油麥菜外表精緻,青瓜薄片如翡翠般包裹著鮮嫩的油麥菜,簡直像一件藝術品。入口清爽脆嫩,芝麻醬與爽口蔬菜這個配搭,十分新穎。另外,我還選了招牌菜式特色樂天王朝小籠包共有八個,每個味道都不同,每一口都是驚喜。店家的細心體現在每一個細節,用濕布蒸製的小籠包皮薄而不破,湯汁飽滿,一口咬下,鮮美的湯汁在口中迸發,令人回味。小籠包亦不會過於油膩,讓人可以盡情享受美味。蒜香排骨,排骨外皮炸至金黃酥脆,內裡卻依然保持著鮮嫩多汁。炸蒜的香脆與排骨的肉香完美融合,排骨已經去骨,吃起來方便。上海風味醬鴨色澤紅亮,醬香濃郁,充滿了上海風情。鴨肉經過醬油、糖及酒烹調而成。紅油鮮蝦豬肉抄手拌麵的紅油抄手可謂是點睛之筆。紅油辣而不燥,香氣撲鼻。抄手內的鮮蝦爽脆彈牙,豬肉鮮嫩多汁,兩者融合。拌麵吸收了紅油和餡料的精華,再加上蔥及少量炸蒜,口感豐富。 continue reading

今日跟爸爸來了這間餐廳吃地道的上海菜,餐廳環境十分光猛乾淨,座位數目又多又闊落,坐得十分舒服。平日晚上食客很多,大家都點了一桌滿滿美味的上海點心和小炒,滋味無比。今晚當然少不了點我最喜愛吃的上海地道點心,這裏的點心價錢相宜,而且豐富足料又美味又地道,怎能放過。上海生煎包,一客有三件,生煎包煎得金黃香脆,底部脆卜卜,上層仍然保持包的軟熟口感~相當出色。最欣賞的是生煎包內的餡料,滿滿的豬肉,而且仲有爆多的湯汁,生煎包一咬下時湯汁一湧出,滋味滿滿,又飽肚又滿足必食。另外當然少不了點無錫煎鍋貼,鍋貼大大隻,金黃色的,外皮脆卜卜帶點煙靭口感,當一咬下時湯汁都是一湧而出,十分美味。餡料都是釀了滿滿的豬肉跟美味湯汁。口感味道十分美味。大大粒很滿足。招牌原味小籠包,熱辣辣的,不單止皮薄餡靚,肉質美味多餡,最欣賞小籠包中的湯汁,味道啱啱好,湯汁熱辣辣一咬就會湧出來,相當美味。小籠包能做到皮薄餡靚美味多汁絕不簡單,而且價錢相宜抵食。上海炒年糕,年糕切成了一片片,口感煙煙韌韌的,配上了白菜和肉絲,混和了美味醬汁一同炒,整個配搭非常美味。年糕份量也不少的十分飽肚。 continue reading

自以為口味西化,但人在外地吃中菜的機會少之又少,偶爾還是會想念家的味道。外出吃飯都盡量選擇亞洲菜或湯麵之類,是日下午在山頂吃了個下午茶,和家人決定享用App半價優惠,九時才吃晚餐。上海媽媽烤麩 $62製作烤麩是心機菜,這兒甜甜的有五香味,加上木耳、筍絲和金針,開胃美味。淮揚春卷 $48/3件可能時間較晚的關係,春卷在我們吃飽了九成後才送上。新鮮炸起熱辣辣,金黃脆口,不過吃下有點油膩。招牌小籠包 $78/6粒雖然這兒的八色小籠包甚有名,但我們還是喜歡原味的樸實;巧手所作的小籠包摺位分明,一口一個,湯汁在口中爆發,好味道。無錫鮮肉鍋貼 $45/3粒鍋貼來到樣子白白的,感覺趕收工火力不足地半煎炸而成,幸好肉汁還是滿滿,若皮能做得更脆更好。紅油抄手 $68/6粒一客六個的菜肉餃裹上帶有花椒香氣的醬油內,外皮滑溜,菜肉內餡清淡。菠蘿咕嚕肉 $118咕嚕肉是我家的最愛,上桌時小小的一碟,如以正價計算有點不划算;肉剛炸起脆身,汁醬酸甜,不過不失。擔擔麵 $75湯底濃稠,帶有滿滿的花生和麻醬的香味。驢打滾 $50煙韌的糯米糰與黃豆粉微甜搭配,包夾紅豆蓉,吃畢一餐濃油赤醬的食物,最後來一點甜來清一清味蕾。半價埋單後近四百元,味道不俗,但感覺只是吃了些點心,有折扣優惠時才會再臨。 continue reading

I have always eyed this restaurant’s promotion of its multi flavored xiaolongbaos but can’t believe it has taken me so long to finally give it a try!!!!The xiaolongbaos were very interesting, as they had an array of flavours and you honestly can’t find those flavours at any other Shanghainese restaurants in HK. My favourites were the foie gras one and the cheese!!! So special with hints of these flavours in it. Dandan noodles is a must order for me at any Shanghai restaurants. I was expecting more soup when the fish was first served, but the fact that there wasn’t an overwhelming amount of soup meant that the noodles itself would not have been overcooked, and the broth itself was actually pretty spicy 😅 I always love a good combo of peanuts with the noodles hehe. The deep fried mangas is a guilty pleasure for sure. Nothing beats drenching it in condensed milk!!! To top our sweet tooth, we also got the tong yuens. So chewy with a perfectly overflowing filling!! continue reading
