永光中心已經係我食飯list top rank,餐廳高質價錢平呢。好似今晚食fine dining,價錢唔過$300/人,就是抵~我地兩個人,剛好可以食哂成個餐嘅options。前菜之一,好考刀功嘅日本章紅生魚薄片,source係由檸檬皮、九層塔,芫茜油、意大利白醋、初榨橄欖油調成,食落香滑同鮮味。另一款前菜係手拆藍蟹肉多士,爆多蟹肉同用龍蝦蛋黃醬、檸檬等等調嘅醬汁,超滿足!對我黎講呢個餐抵食在,可以講係包左兩個主菜,一個係Spaghetti ,一個係肉。香蒜意粉隻隻蜆都肥美juicy,白酒煮加少少蒜、香辣嘅意粉爽身又好味~另一個粉嘅青醬加左Blue cheese,有啲creamy,所以掛汁好好,炭燒三黃雞胸亦唔算「孩」,有香炭燒味。兩種肉上檯竟然有藝術感,個source講究,用法蔥、檸檬果茸、西洋菜汁調,顏色鮮豔亦好配襯三文魚柳。由第一道菜開始就期待。一如預期,炭燒西冷好juicy好香炭火味,薯蓉香滑嘅~到上甜品,無諗過$298餐可以有咁大件Tiramisu,超預期,好濃郁嘅濕潤咖啡酒同香滑芝士味。新開暫時唔係太多人知呢間秘竇,唔迫人,會encore。
