On the board was duck rillette, saucisson, Bayonne ham, pork pate, liver pate with quince and pickles.

Escargots on Bone Marrow, Herb Butter.
This was evil and delicious. Fatty bone marrow topped with escargots laced in herb butter. ++++++++++++++++
Mussels in White Wine:
Evidently fresh mussels and it was cooked in strong white wine. ++++++++++++++++
Soy Glazed Iberico Pork ‘Pluma’, Haricot Verts:
I liked the soy glazed because it gave it a lovely sweet Asian roasted flavour and it was paired with my favourite French beans. ++++++++++++++++++
Roasted Lamb Rack, Vegetables A La Provencale:
The lamb was surprising tender and supple so I loved it. +++++++++++++
