To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有晚約左朋友食飯,我地揀左黎呢間社企餐廳食法國菜,希望可以係食大餐既同時為有需要既幼兒同家庭都出一份力呢度有個6 course 既meun,每位HKd438+10%,我同朋友只需要係兩款主菜之中二選其一後就可以安坐,準備品嚐呢晚既菜式店主先為我地呈上一籃熱烘烘既麵包這籃麵包有兩款,每款都烘得外脆內軟,麵包充滿麥香,不論淨食定沾上店家既牛油或醬料同食都一樣滋味而第一道菜就係“北海道帶子二重奏”,帶子肉厚而鮮嫰,刺身能食其清甜,而香煎後又更嚐鮮味跟住就係蟹肉蘆荀義大利飯,雖說是“義大利飯”,但其實係利用切碎左既蘆荀粒扮作飯,但當中混合不少蟹肉,所以食落一啲都唔寡,感覺清新健康之後就到“招牌龍蝦湯”,濃而不膩既湯品中仲要有埋爽口既龍蝦,再來一碗亦不厭多然後就有一小球既“香橙雪芭”俾我地清一清味蕾之後就到當晚既第一道已定既主菜香煎鱈魚柳車厘茄醬既微酸正好跟肉質嫩滑而帶油脂既魚柳作出平衡,味道實屬不錯而第二道既主菜我就揀左法國牛柳,點左5成熟牛柳既生熟程度掌握得剛剛好,沒有多餘既血水外,也沒有嚼不開既筋部,每一口都腍嫩而富有牛香,質素甚高食完主菜就係甜品環節,個晚既甜品係紅桑子慕斯蛋糕配雪糕最後
