To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食左牛角3年, 做左會員兩年...從來都無食過佢既lunch...因為返工附近無牛角, 行到去都過左我既luch hour... 星期六去左派曲奇, 終點站係元朗...天氣咁熱, 所以去左元朗廣場先諗食咩...上左去睇到原來牛角星六都有lunch set...而且聽過朋友講有牛角飯任加...雖然上次食完覺得一般, 不過唔想再行就去食啦... 位置係元朗廣場3樓, 三聯隔離...我地叫左 燒肉定食, 石鍋泡菜豆腐海鮮湯... 燒肉定食: 要左鹽醬胸腹肉, 豬頸肉...隨餐有湯, 牛蒡絲, 白飯任加, 餐飲... 牛蒡絲, 湯: 比較爽脆, 唔鐘意...湯就(似)係味精湯, 所以當然好飲... 燒肉: 無將貨就價, 同晚市一樣...胸腹肉軟身, 豬頸肉彈牙, 兩個都無雪味, 而且唔會無味... 石鍋泡菜豆腐海鮮湯: 隨餐有前菜3點, 牛角飯任加, 餐飲, 牛角雪糕... 前菜:3款都好食, 左邊既肉粒質感偏實, 中間既菜就係麻油味, 右邊泡菜唔會太酸太辣... 海鮮湯:上菜時仲滾緊...湯入面有好多粒帆立貝, 亦有蜆 ...豆腐無咩豆味, 但好滑, 應
