To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I actually came here to spend the cash coupon at Koko Coffee Roaster so I came here for their afternoon tea as I was impressed when I came here the last time.There afternoon tea set during weekday is basically the same price as their a la carte with a free drink(so you can say around a $40-50 discount).The matcha latte came first and this time the biscotti had a nice crunch to it contrary to last time. The balance of the matcha and milk was great.Fleur Lover came and for aesthetics definitely gr

The matcha latte came first and this time the biscotti had a nice crunch to it contrary to last time. The balance of the matcha and milk was great.

Fleur Lover came and for aesthetics definitely great. However, the texture of the pancake was a bit dry despite the cream and fruit. I would suggest for the toppings instead of so much cream, a small bottle of honey could be served to make the pancake more moist and to let the sweetness of the honey compliment the tartness of the berries. I have to say I prefer Yogurt Lover more if I need to choose a dessert.
