星期六去咗德福廣場行下買嘢,中午去左新開的food court食飯,見到棋子燒鵝d燒味好似好靚,忍唔住要食返個燒味飯。招牌燒鵝脾飯$103未食都聞到陣陣煙薰的香氣,荔枝木煙薰出嚟的燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,鵝脾肥美,仲有煙薰的幽香,沾上酸梅醬更加可以中和油膩感。燒味汁撈飯味道一流,真係一大碟飯都食得晒。乳豬拼油雞脾飯$75乳豬皮燒得脆卜卜,肥膏唔厚,肉質嫩,沾上乳豬醬,好滋味。油雞加左$10轉雞脾,雞皮爽滑,肉質鮮嫩juicy,有雞汁油香,沾上薑蓉食雞加撈飯,又係好開胃。食左咁多肉,我地仲加左$20要碟油菜,感覺健康d😝
