Have been eating in the food lab for more than 2 years, almost monthly basis and sometime during weekend. Shocking to be served with steak taste like HK local style quality......no quality at all. Feel like a bad steak, so the chef overcook it to cover the bad quality with very salty seasoning. Finally, it lost the good quality food reputation after 2 years. Waiter said I cannot leave a comment for the restaurant, forcing me to write in the open rice. Will not go anymore from now on.
