To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 沒有看到有喊的評語, 所以一試, 結論: 收費中上, 但是水準一般兩人晚飯, order 了1. 3 course set- starter : scallop (GOOD TASTE) , main course: lamp chop (OVERDONE - 好難切, 冇肉味), dessert: chocolate souffle (dark chocolate 味不夠)2. Discovery set - 6 course + champagne以為會有些特別, 原來 同其他menu 的 set dinner 類似starter: scallop, Cream of Truffle (沒有香味的), 煎鵝肝 (overdone), fish of the day (問了waitress 是什麼魚, 答覆係, fresh from the market, best choice from the chef-- 即係唔知道), lamp roll (同lamp chop 同味道), dessert: cream + chocolate + b

以為會有些特別, 原來 同其他menu 的 set dinner 類似

starter: scallop, Cream of Truffle (沒有香味的), 煎鵝肝 (overdone), fish of the day (問了waitress 是什麼魚, 答覆係, fresh from the market, best choice from the chef-- 即係唔知道), lamp roll (同lamp chop 同味道), dessert: cream + chocolate + blue berries

don't know why it's called discovery set when most of the food are the same as other set dinner.

怪不得星期五晚walk in 有位, 相比樓上的另一家, 在 value for money 一環上 輸晒

但有一樣一定要提, 服務員態度和笑容一流, 深明service quality 的重要- excellent
