Pork knuckle 🐽 The skin was so crispy with its meat moist and tender which was a brilliant contrast when eating it together in a bite. 😆 It came with 2 sauces, a sweet (probably apple) jam and a savoury mushroom sauce which both matched the meat well but I personally liked the savoury one as I thought it was more fragrant and richer. Vegetable wrapped beef steak 🥩
The beef is cooked about medium rare and a served with a spicy, salty sauce that helps to enhance the flavour of the meat. Wrapping the meat with the crunchy lettuce, topping it off with the sauce really reminds me of the Korean BBQ Wraps with vegetables 🤣 nevertheless it was an irresistible combination that made me grab for more 🤣🤣
