Came here with my family expecting a nice and simple meal. 3 out of 4 meals came, 10mins afters the last meal was served we notified the waitress that we were missing a dish which she should have noticed as our table was her responsibilty, it should be obvious 1 person was not eating on the entire table. 15mins later the dish was still not served nor being cooked in the kitchen, so we cancelled it. 15mins later the dish was still not served nor being cooked in the kitchen, so we cancelled it. The waitress updated our receipt and handed it to us WITHOUT a single word of apology. She even had the nerve to put on a service charge on the bill.
I requested the service charged to be taken off as we did not feel the service was good enough to be warranted. The male staff at the till also did NOT apologies and did not say anything at all, he just updated the bill.

Ca Tu Ya, if youre reading this, you need a full examination and training for all the staff members at this store as they were very unprofessional and an embarrassment.
