I thought it was a great deal when I bought 2 coupons from BeeCraxy. It was around $150 with 10% service charge per person. Since the coupons can only be used on Sat & Sun, advanced booking is required. I spent the whole Thursday trying to call and make a reservation, but the line was busy for the whole day (I wonder if they're really that busy, anyways). Fortunately, I called on Sat morning again and ended up someone canceled their reservation for the afternoon.

When my boyfriend and I arrived at around 3:30pm, I saw a line up right outside of the restaurant (without air condition under 27 degree C), and people were waiting for the server to open oysters one at a time. The waiter suggested us to order our main course first, and so we did. We then went line up for the yummy looking oysters. There were about 8 people ahead of us and the wait was approximately 15-20mins. We were sweating while waiting.
I guarantee you that is not fun.

When we got back to our seat, the waiter who should have already took our order came over again and asked us what we want for our main course. WHAT? Hello??? We ordered like 20mins ago...obviously he was too concentrated on watching TV and forgot all about it.

To be honest, the restaurant didn't have much food to choose from. I admit that the Hawaiian pizza and the Parma Ham were OK, but the highlight of the meal should be on the OYSTERS. Here's the part it all started to get gross for the oysters. I lined up twice for the oysters, and in my 2nd round, I saw something moving vigorously on the oyster shell. Erk, I didn't take a photo of it because the manager took it away before I could react. Seriously I want to puke on the spot. The oyster server or whoever in the kitchen should properly clean the oysters exterior before serving.

After that, the only thing that I would look forward to would be my salmon angel hair. The flavour was alright, only thing is that there's shrink wrap on the salmon. I gave up eating and took down the evidence this time before the manager could dump my plate again.
Shrink wrap right in the middle

I am not sure if I am having a bad luck on that day or what, but I am quite sure the hygiene, food safety and management do not meet the level of other Western restaurants out there in Hong Kong. It was quite disappointing for me.
I would not pay $388 for this
