To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 肥雞有晚同朋友響銅鑼灣，Fashion Walk揀咗一間西餐餐廳，見到佢個二人餐幾抵食，仲要紅白酒任飲，捉咗朋友入去試吓。本身個餐係包含四隻生蠔，但係因為咁啱嗰日大家個肚都唔舒服，所以商家好貼心咁樣轉左個沙律俾我哋。佢俾咗兩款沙律，第一款沙律就係無花果配嫩菠菜布里芝士，配埋酸甜嘅希臘乳酪沙律汁，口感即刻好fresh。而佢知道肥雞鍾意食mozzarella cheese,即刻整多個黑醋汁Mozzarella cheese with Tomato,酸甜酸甜配上芝士嘅奶香。佢嘅主菜有新奧爾良香辣牛油海鮮拼盤，入邊有香腸，大蝦鮑魚，魷魚等等海鮮配菜，熱辣辣送上枱真係好正再嚟多份特級西冷牛，嗌個五成熟，牛肉汁香濃又Juicy，配上煙靭嘅口感，棉滑嘅薯蓉，食到個肚真係飽到捧住走。再嚟多個開心果芭菲，開心果味幾濃郁，下面係餅底，食落去成個口腔都好fresh。
