It was a great lunch not only because we had got a good bargain to half 50% their signature / six flavours menu but also the surprises of each of the dishes of the 9-course Signature Menu we ordered. The bread basket was excellent with their homemade butter. And there was also deep-fried seaweed and lotus which we found rather special for appetizer. They also served us another appetiser. Though cant remember what it’s made of, it’s very refreshing to have something cold as the start. One of my

One of my favourite dish is this Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio. Three different tastes i can try in one dish n it’s refreshing.
My friend added $188 for caviar but it was just normal and too rich taste with no toast.
Very rich taste of Japanese corn especially for the whole kernel corns which were served raw. Very fresh and sweet.
Pan fried Japanese tofu cake Confit French duck leg salad.
Spanish red prawn chawanmushi. Steamed egg with red prawns.
Japanese hairtail fish tempura
Surprise dish - My another favourite! Duck breast with Truffle and some sort of flavoured rice. The rice was so fragrant and with grill flavoured.
It’s a food choice to add $238 for this very tender Japanese Wagyu.
This one is not very special though and the mattcha cookie is rather bitter
Corn flavoured ice cream with hojicha mousse.
It’s really a good deal to have the 50% off and the staff were detailed when explaining the ingredients of each dish. Just I can’t say they have very nice nor friendly service, nor having hospitality as they were not polite when we told them my friend was alcohol allergic. N I didn’t feel we were welcomed by them at the entrance and no one bothered to say thank you nor goodbye when we left
