Had dinner at Feuille 😋😋 by Chef David Toutain. His concept is to bring out the beauty in often ignored roots. He utilised sustainably grown local ingredients to support Hong Kong Farmers. And paired all these seasonal vegetables, fruits with meat and seafood too in a French cuisine. Every dishes were delicious 😋😋😋😋!!! Very fresh & seasonal feeling. Loved the green peas one, very tender skin removed peas mixing together with the raw clam meat and sauce was very delicious.
The shiso leaf was unexpectedly flavourful as well.
The bread was flavourful, chewy inside and crispy on the outside 😋
Beet root consommé was soooo tasty ☺️☺️ Loved the taste of beet root in the other dishes too.
