Red shrimp, oil goldfish, salmon, and raw fish was served and it were fresh. The red shrimp is very tender and the meat is transparent and shiny. Roasted lobsters and scallops are so fresh. The Boston lobster was grilled until the meat was tender and bouncing, and there was gravy when I bit it. The gravy is sweet and fresh.

There are two flavours of scallops, which are the same as the taste of sake and black truffle. The sake is fragrant enough to enjoy the fresh, sweet and fresh taste of scallops. The sauce is just right when it is just over, soft and glutinous, and the thick flesh of the shellfish is sweet.
