To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. We had a nice dining experience here as all the waiters are very nice and friendly. The simple steaming method can bring out the freshness of seafood, which we really liked a lot! They got all the crabs, lobsters, shrimp, abalone, oysters and some seashells. The best and fresh ingredients usually do not need strong seasoning, so do the food here. Personally, I really loved the congee after they steam all the seafood, the congee is full of the essence of seafood. The corn served in the veggies bowl are very sweet and nice as well!!

Need to note that the waiters here are really nice, they will patiently introduce the seafood we are going to have and help us to steam layer by layer! Think I will come here next time for the nice seafood again with my friend and family😋
