there soy sauce with lite plum tastes
at the bottom of the shell,
abalone with seaweed sauce,
chopped into dice, bit chewy
and the sauce tastes alittle buttery,
amadai fish in sea urchin cream sauce,
i liked this dish a lot as it made specially with crispy scales..great texture,

lobster miso soup, fried rice
