Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Friday quick escape with beloved colleagues. We had stir fried crunchy veggies with diced salted fish, half a chicken, pad thai, beef in sour and spicy sauce, and also the Thai style crispy puff pockets. The beef was my favourite dish- the sauce is very spicy and the beef is tender and coated full on with the sauce and toasted rice powder (khao khua). Yummy yum yum! The puffy pockets were really crispy, they tasted good even without some dipping curry. We just dipped it with the sour sauce from the beef dish, and the chilli vinegar sauce from the chicken dish.
Good kick start to the weekend!
