Got the fried radish pudding because I have never tried it.They were uniform rectangular pieces which were fried evenly with a crisp surface and a soft centre.The taste was ok and the oils from the bits of preserved sausages were gone from the frying process.It got saltier towards the end after eating all the pieces so it is probably best to share it.
