To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 住太古城既朋友一直都好推薦呢間難得今次係附近工作就相約埋一齊食呢一間啦因為兩個女仔 所以一心就諗住小食、沙律、主食小食叫左個薯條非常鐘意佢個cream source食唒個source個waiter仲自動幫我地refill tim!沙律係軟殼蟹沙律,一上碟思考緊中間個炸物係咩原來入面係溫泉蛋好好奇究竟如何可以做到再加埋軟殼蟹 我覺得雖然比想像heavy但係都好食既而主食最後叫左個面 – 墨汁面配溫泉蛋因為軟殼蟹沙律實在太好食既關係呢個就中等不過其實都係好食既環境亦都算舒服,所以都幾推薦俾大家
