🇭🇰Quiero Más·Chef Javier Tasting Dinner Menu $538pp我見佢個餐廳名係西班牙文 所以一路都以為呢間係西班牙餐廳🤣🤣但係去到先發現原來佢係有少少類似地中海咁樣嘅fusion菜 所以啲菜式都幾特別 試到好多之前未食過既野😎·Jamón Ibérico Paletilla 36 Months l Hamachi l The Gilda首先佢個jamón都幾鹹香 食落質感唔錯🐷之後佢隔籬嗰個蕃茄嘅crystal bread都幾好食 個hamachi就用左橄欖油同埋芝士碎黎調味 油甘魚個油份都唔錯 食落幾開胃🐟最後個skewer就真係好特別啦 佢上邊係一塊好有油分既魚嚟嘅 之後下面係除咗三文魚 仲有啲醃製咗嘅pickles 橄欖咁樣 味道好特別 但係我自己就覺得呢個一定要連住幾舊一齊食 如果唔係就會偏酸或者偏鹹🫒🤣🤣·Foie Micuit Air Bag l Cod Loin Pil-Pil之後佢個脆波勁得意 佢係有少少好似印度菜個種脆波咁 入邊係有個鵝肝paste 食落好特別 不過我自己都係覺得鵝肝成舊食質感好啲😂😂之後佢個cod做得都唔錯 佢

之後佢個脆波勁得意 佢係有少少好似印度菜個種脆波咁 入邊係有個鵝肝paste 食落好特別 不過我自己都係覺得鵝肝成舊食質感好啲😂😂之後佢個cod做得都唔錯 佢好厚身 而且魚肉好紮實得黎唔會過老 口感好好😌

之後佢個suckling pig都做得唔錯 佢個脆皮真係幾脆 個豬調味都唔錯 不過如果佢個脆皮可以再鬆化少少 應該會再好味啲😈之後佢個paella質感都好好 個飯好入味 底底仲有啲飯焦 海鮮都新鮮 整體都唔錯🦐

最後佢仲有個甜品 佢呢個係好似將餃子皮炸咗變成薄脆之後 中間再夾啲custard咁樣 食落似係一個變奏版嘅千層酥 我自己覺得都幾好食嘅 佢個custard唔會話太甜 配埋佢側根嗰啲雜莓都唔錯😎另外我哋仲嗌咗個sangria 佢呢個我自己就覺得偏果汁少少 個酒味唔算話好出 比較適合女仔飲🍹😈
