呢間餐廳係日式秘魯菜行Fusion路線,一直都好想搵機會試吓,趁Restaurant Weeki lunch Menu真係好抵,試一試先 (restaurant week $198/pp)Xoxo Chicken🐔 好大份,標準嘅唐洋炸雞,又脆又嫩滑,重點在於醬汁,用咗紅椒蛋黃醬,味道甜甜辣辣,好食 Halibut Fillet比目魚本身魚肉都已經好嫩滑,但係用嗰個牛油醬汁就比較油膩,食幾啖已經有啲膩Tres Leches Cake都好食嘅,有唔同嘅層次有雪糕,芒果醬,海綿蛋糕糕,但係唔知係咪秘魯色嘅海綿蛋糕會比較乾身同硬,要浸淋佢同埋雪糕一齊食就比較好P.S 有個waitress 唔知點解全日黑口黑面,食完甜品就即刻遞張單過嚟,真係好有香港式嘅效率
