Tipsy Restaurant & Bar is a new fusion restaurant in Tai Hang. It is located in the corner (near the temple). You need to take the lift to 1/F, with direction signage you can easily find the lift.  Generous portion of sakura shrimps that covers every part of the spaghetti. The sakura shrimps is crunchy and gave the spaghetti a nice chewy texture. There's barely any sauce and it is relatively dry.
