This eater, has been advertised in papers and road shows boasting its home-made authenic japanese 'wu dong' esp its black wu dong, the signature dish of the store. The menu doesn't cover a wide variety of choices with only two stood out of the crowd, its signature was at the high end among the two, served as a salad maybe this would be a nice first try for this chilled black 'wudong' with golden pieces topped on it. The chewy noodle made it different from the usual sticky one and i could really sense the dedication being put on it, this's no lie, but definitely credit goes to the sauce, vinegar with the typical jap soya sauce, the dish would be a texture challenge rather than a taste bud satisfaction without it.
