Fresh Burrata Cheese is a delicious Italian-style cheese, traditionally made into small pouches, each boasting a signature brioche-like top knot. The outside is made from mozzarella, still yielding, it’s just dense enough to hold in the silky interior, which is composed of stracciatella and cream. The creamy burrata cheese with blistered cherry tomatoes and fresh rockets. Very fresh and yummy! We really love it. This is a good choice for your starter dining.
