Prince Edward is unarguably one of the most competitive areas for dumpling restaurants. This time we came across this eatery with an interesting Chinese name meaning wonton boys hooking up with dumpling girls. ◆Smashed Cucumber Mixed with black vinegar and garlic. ◆Smashed Cucumber
Mixed with black vinegar and garlic. Light, crisp and refreshing.
◆Lettuce & Pork Dumpling
◆Cheese & Pork Dumpling
◆Premium Crab Roe & Pork Dumpling
Gigantic dumplings! I personally recommend the Indian lettuce and pork flavor which was savory and layered with various textures. Meat lovers would surely like the latter two - with melting cheese and briny crab roe respectively. The cordyceps flower soup was clear with herbal flavors, while the tomato soup was richer and sweet.
◆Sweet & Sour Spare Rib Noodles
Noodles came in big portion. Well-balanced acidity and sweetness. The spare ribs, covered in a caramelized and sticky sauce, were tender with edible soft bones.
◆Chrysanthemum w/ Goji Tea
◆Snow Pear w/ Lily Bulb Tea
Non-sweetened homemade tea. Perfect for digestion.
