To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經有好多年無好優雅地enjoy afternoon tea最近有朋友想坐得舒服又想環境靚靚地影下相，傾下心事咁傾下計，馬上唸起Ritz Carlton既Cafe103泊車方便，人又唔算多，而且又有海景睇，必定係Afternoon Tea既首選由此我地太即慶，window seat既位置已經full曬，唯有坐中間啦！今次呢個夢幻tea set係同一個鞋既brand-Giuseppe Zanotti合作，比起睇同食到厭既tea set層架更有心思。有個on off button係側邊，開著之後中間既花、蝴蝶及食物位都會識得上下郁動及轉動，好有飛舞嘅感覺。Cafe103既食物質素一直都唔會差，mini burger個表皮內軟外脆，真係食極都唔厭。而甜點唔會太甜，每一款都有驚喜！就係咁，我同朋友過左個好愉快既下午！
