To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向都知Ritz Carton 102樓的bar & lounge 係食view，無expectations嘅情況下無咩失望！頂級素牛排係用beyond meat，同「頂級」有一段距離，以為會插上素肉旗仔但無出現，可能廚房go green，每次唔見素肉旗仔我都有疑惑coz 真係有餐廳上過真牛肉比我！就素牛排而言，side更重要，salad 的份量有D mean，sweet potato chips鹽多左，嗰3款醬suppose 係靈魂但完全唔知搞乜，可否多一點誠意？Waiter哥仔介紹的Rose Red tea好好味，after taste好soothing👍同行幾位點了tea set，都話麻麻地。服務方面，起碼幾個人serve過我地，都好有禮貌，無大甩轆，只是上錯兩杯嘢飲，算係亂中有序。
