To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相隔多時, 終於記得要寫這篇食評。當時早於幾個月前已預訂CAFE 103的下午茶, 出席當日剛好遇上Godiva Sablés酥餅系列作主題。下午茶層架做成非常夢幻的熱氣球模樣, 在坊間未曾出現!首先來一份香濃朱古力英式鬆餅, 再配上朱古力覆盆子醬, 甜甜酸酸, 特別開胃!甜點: 夏威夷果仁薑酥餅、朱古力酥餅、核桃朱古力碎酥餅、比利時餅乾杏仁酥餅, 強烈推介抹茶酥餅!鹹食水準也不錯: 如黑芝麻鴨肝檸檬迷你三文治、魚子醬配蘇格蘭煙三文魚水瓜柳包粒、玉米雞沙律火箭菜無酵母雜穀包。最後以一杯濃郁的榛果牛奶朱古力作結尾，在103樓享受著精緻的朱古力下午茶, 面對著無敵海景, 實在是一件樂事!
