On the 15th floor of the King Wah Centre is a cut of Korean's famous fried chicken. This is a friendly and open restaurant where you can get your fill of protein. We started with the BBQ pork ribs. Wholesome fluffy wedges of oven cooked potatoes in a deep melted cheese. The pork ribs fell lovely from the bones with a tangy sticky flavour. These three combined together to create a powerful flavour that works really well. Fresh vegetables work well to offset the dish(

The main course was boneless chicken covered in crispy rice and sweet sauce. The cylinder shaped rice cakes work really well in soaking up the sauce in soft and fresh flavour. The cruncy rice chicken is delicious and satisfying. In my opinion, this is the star of the restaurant. This is a must try(

We ended with a shark mocktail called the blood rita. They didnt have an alcohol license when I visited but it was a fun cocktail to drink. It tasted quite generic and without alcohol it is not worth it for the price(
