Originated from Osaka in Japan, the restaurant features ramen in red snapper soup.Unlike most of the ramen that uses chicken or pork as the soup base, the restaurant serves their ramen in fish broth. There are only three items on the menu, ramen in clear broth or creamy white soup, or served as tsukemen that separates the noodles and soup. Though I’m not a great fan of fish broth, it is still a nice bowl of ramen.📝Menu: 🔸Madai Broth Ramen- Smoked soft egg🔸Crispy Fried Chicken
