To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. It’s said to be the best dim sum place in Hong Kong, so came here specifically for their dim sum.

Quality wise, all are up to standard. Char siu was proper, on a leaner side. The dim sums were all executed well but all are quite standard in the sense that there isn’t much of a wow factor.

Came here for specifically for their pan fried glutinous rice. Again, good but nothing too special.

The fried rice and the sweet and sour pork have to be the best of the meal. Like their XO sauce too.

As for their signature red bean soup, it is with more in depth flavors but a bit too sweet for me.

Price: HK$500-600 pp (lunch)
