To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

If you haven't been to the Chattebox in Singapore, this is the closet you can get in Hong Kong. The restaurant design is welcoming and staff are friendly.The chicken rice didn't have the 'wow' effect but definitely tasty and worth the price.The soup of the king prawn laksa was so concentrated and super tasty. Thought it could be better if there's more soup as the noodle soaks it up pretty fast. On the plus side, the 3 giant king prawns do make it up for the lack of soup.The pan-fried carrot c

If you haven't been to the Chattebox in Singapore, this is the closet you can get in Hong Kong. The restaurant design is welcoming and staff are friendly.
The chicken rice didn't have the 'wow' effect but definitely tasty and worth the price.
The soup of the king prawn laksa was so concentrated and super tasty. Thought it could be better if there's more soup as the noodle soaks it up pretty fast. On the plus side, the 3 giant king prawns do make it up for the lack of soup.
The pan-fried carrot cake was chopped into tiny pieces which I hope they could be bigger.
