I was referred to this restaurant by my foodie colleague so I decided to go with some of my team members here for lunch.

The restaurant was fairly empty except our group and it was a long sushi chef counter.

The presentation of the food was good. The first few number of dishes are cooked food which is a bit different to other omakase restaurants that I went to recently.

Their most famous dish is the snow flake sushi which is frozen foie gras flakes on sushi (I think it was toro) and also snow flake tofu dessert.

The food is good if you like cooked food more. I personally prefer raw fish/seafood more. The service was ok, although I feel that they could step it up a bit more to give it a better “high” feel of the omakase experience.
