Good during difficult times

This is the third time we've dined in at Amica over a period of 3 weeks and for good reason.  With the "eating in" time limitations affecting restaurants, we expected it was going to be difficult to get seating during the weekend.  However,  we didn't have to wait too long in the designated queuing area and the staff gave us the option to wait longer to sit within the restaurant or be seated sooner in the shopping mall area.  We took whatever table option came up first and were comfortable despi

This is the third time we've dined in at Amica over a period of 3 weeks and for good reason.  With the "eating in" time limitations affecting restaurants, we expected it was going to be difficult to get seating during the weekend.  However,  we didn't have to wait too long in the designated queuing area and the staff gave us the option to wait longer to sit within the restaurant or be seated sooner in the shopping mall area.  We took whatever table option came up first and were comfortable despite shoppers walking past.The restaurant was obviously very business during  lunch time, but staff were able to maintain a high level of politeness during the whole experience, from queuing, seating, taking our order, to getting our bill.  It felt as though the more senior staff have had hotel training in customer service which made a difficult time a more enjoyable experience.
I ordered the All Day Breakfast and was pleasantly greeted with a well presented dish that arrived in a timely manner, hot and appetizing.  
While in the queue, several people behind left the line assuming it would be long wait and maybe not worth the effort.  I'm glad we waited and I'm willing to do so again in future.
