To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨晚去o左九龍城無意中見到這間新店, 個style同紅磡巴蜀好似 (上次食巴蜀覺得好好味), 我問下間店d人, 佢o地話係分店, 不過睇睇張card片, 無寫分店, 總店wor......小妹都無理到佢有無講大話, 入到佢, d waiter 好nice, 話下次可以booko左先唔使等3, 4個宇, 我try o左牛丸魚湯米線 - d米線淡o左d,牛丸ok串燒羊 - 燒得耐o左d, ma ma地川辣烤魚 - 好好味, 不過無紅磡巴蜀咁鮮味無加一, d位比紅磡巴蜀坐得舒服好多(二人坐四人table), 下次都會再食
